　　Shanghai Institute of International Finance is a Sino-America cooperative high education institution for adults authorized by Shanghai Education Commission. Mr. Wang Dao-han and Mr. Jing Shu-ping are the honorary Chairmen of the Board of SIIF. The purpose of the institute is to train senior talents in business administration and finance.
　　Located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone in Pudong New Area, the institute was established for cross-century human resource development in 1990.
